I linked to your blog from my post. I tried to make mine enlarge all fancy like yours, but it didn't work so well.
I think that the best part of the proposal is that the 40,000 or so who joined during the time period of the case would not need to jump through hoops to opt in. They would automatically be part of the class. SCORE!
