Wow. Sounds like he got himself in trouble. Perhaps she should have stayed out of the kimkins limelight. Did he mess up with Heidi or the Ducks? Or both, perhaps. Somehow, I have a hard time feeling sorry for him. He didn't need to start this mess in the first place.
